Terms & Conditions (T&C) – Framework
- Parties & Scope
- Infina Ltd, registered in the UK (company no XX), and InfinaTech Inc., a U.S. Delaware C‑Corp, jointly (“Infina”).
- Applies to all services: SprintPad, Certification, Bootcamp, consultations, APIs, etc.
- Services & Use
- Participants must follow the curriculum and complete any required “Pre‑Sprint Checklist.”
- Infina may amend content or delivery schedule, with reasonable notice.
- Payment, Refunds, & Credits
- Full payment on enrollment, or via approved installment plan.
- Strict no-refunds policy after the first live session—except in extreme circumstances.
- Credits expire after 6 months; non-transferable, non-refundable.
- Intellectual Property
- Course materials and platform content remain Infina’s sole property.
- Learners grant Infina perpetual, royalty-free right to use public project outputs (demo videos, GitHub repos) for marketing.
- Learner retains ownership of code/data they generate, but Infina’s portfolio badge system remains proprietary.
- Disclaimers & Liability Cap
- “Weird Lawsuits” Clause: By using these services, you waive claims for lost wages, speculative damages, or any form of personal injury arising from “AI hallucinations or code bugs.”
- Infina’s total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months under these terms.
- Conduct & Discipline
- Harassment, hate speech, or plagiarism result in removal from the platform without refund.
- You’re responsible for backing up your own laboratory work and project code.
- Termination
- Infina may terminate your account immediately for non-compliance or misuse.
- You may cancel up to 7 days before cohort start—minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- UK clients: governed by English law, disputes in London courts.
- US clients (north of Rio Grande): governed by Delaware law, disputes in Wilmington courts.
- All disputes handled via binding arbitration, first.
- Changes to These Terms
- Infina reserves the right to update terms with 30 days’ notice.
- Continued use implies agreement.
